Underwear & Swimwear Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following rules apply:

• Underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Swimwear may be returned only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The protective hygiene liner is intact

  • All original tags are attached

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet the conditions listed above.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

• If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
